This is a static website. To serve it, certain technical connection data is necessarily processed, in particular your IP address, time of access, requested file/URL, amount of data transferred, user agent, and — if sent by your browser — the referrer URL.
Purpose: delivering, maintaining, and securing this website (operation, error analysis, protection against attacks).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
This website is served via Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically S3 and CloudFront. The technical data mentioned above is processed by AWS to the extent necessary for delivery and security.
Access logging: Optional access logs (e.g. CloudFront Standard Logs, S3 Server Access Logs) are not enabled.
Third-country transfers: AWS operates infrastructure outside the EU. Depending on technical processing and support, data may be processed in third countries. AWS provides contractual safeguards for this (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Event registration is handled via Luma (Luma Labs, Inc., San Francisco, USA). When you register for an event, Luma collects your name and email address on our behalf.
We are the data controller for this registration data. Luma acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Addendum (luma.com/dpa) included in their Terms of Service. Luma may also process data as an independent controller for its own purposes (e.g. account features beyond the event) — see Luma's Privacy Policy.
Third-country transfer: Registration data is transferred to the USA. Luma provides EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a safeguard.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in organizing the event).
This website contains links to third-party services (e.g. Discord, openclaw.ai). Clicking these links takes you off this site. The respective provider processes data under their own responsibility. Depending on your browser settings, the referrer URL may be transmitted.
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (including contact details and message content) to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is typically Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Retention: We delete correspondence once it is no longer needed to handle the inquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Subject to statutory requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to certain processing activities. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde).
